In this day and age, we all live busy and fast-tracked lives, so being able to get something fast to eat, especially after a long day at work or classes (#studentlife) is a real convenience.
As with the previous post, I've created another quick and easy recipe - this one a little healthier - that can be made in a bulk, and frozen to make meals you can quickly heat to defrost and eat.
I hope you enjoy my two latest posts, and hopefully you'll be hearing from me again soon.
Hope you're having a wonderful life!

(So delicious and easy - use up the leftover rice in the fridge)
1 chicken breast
1 capsicum
1.5-2 cups cooked rice (or any leftovers)
Salt
Smoked Paprika
Chutney
Fry the chicken in a little oil. Season with salt and paprika.
Add capsicum and rice.
Fry until rice soaks up the paprika and few juices in the pan.
Add about 3Tbsp of chutney.
Stir until chutney is well mixed and warmed through.
